This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, necessary due to a state of emergency health pandemic declared by the Governor of Virginia.
An unannounced renewal inspection was initiated on 2/22/2021, and concluded on 2/24/2021, approximately from2:57 pm to 3:30 pm. There were no children currently in care. The facility is currently closed. The inspector emailed the provider a list of items required to complete the inspection.
The physical plant, 1 staff record, 2 children?s records, children activities, children's activities, emergency procedures were inspected.
No violations were observed during the inspection.
