Comments:
This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, necessary due to a state of emergency health pandemic declared by the Governor of Virginia.

A renewal inspection was initiated and concluded on February 23, 2021. The in-charge person was contacted by telephone to initiate the inspection. There were no children or staff present due to the pandemic. The program is currently closed. The inspector emailed the person a list of items required to complete the inspection. The Inspector reviewed no children?s records and two staff records submitted by the facility to ensure documentation was complete.

The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
