A complaint investigation was initiated on September 28, 2020 and concluded on October 6, 2020. The investigation alleged lack of supervision. During the investigation staff were interviewed, video was reviewed, attendance documents, injury reports, child and staff records were reviewed. The information gathered does not support the allegation therefore, the complaint is not valid. There were not any other violations observed during the investigation.
