On 2/4/2021 an unannounced renewal virtual inspection was conducted. Due to the COVID 19 pandemic the inspector was not on site and the inspection was completed via video application as well as phone and email correspondence. There were 69 children (infants-5yrs.) observed directly supervised by 9 staff. The physical plant, 5 staff records, 6 children?s records, medications, evacuation drills, injury reports, emergency supplies, and policies were inspected. Children were observed participating in group play, and playing outside. There was an adequate supply of materials for the children. There was an adequate number of staff with current certification in MAT, CPR and First Aid, as well as DHO training. Staff-to-child ratios were in compliance.
