Inspection Date: Feb. 24, 2021

Pursuant to Executive Order 72 and Order of Public Health Emergency 9 issued December 31, 2020 children ages two through four are strongly encouraged to wear face coverings while indoors and outdoors, especially if children are in close contact. Pursuant to the Governor?s Executive Order 72 and Order of Public Health Emergency 9, all children
ages five and older and all staff are required to wear face coverings at child care programs while indoors and when outdoors and unable to maintain at least six feet of social distance.
