Comments:
An 30 day move SHSI inspection was conducted today from 8:15 am- 9:20 am. There were 2 children ( 7 points) in care at the time of the inspection. The vendor's home, emergency planning and supplies, child information and policies and procedures were reviewed. Inspector observed child drop off into care, playing with cars and waking up from rest. If there are any questions regarding this inspection please contact kelly.savittiere@dss.virginia.gov

Description: Based upon interview and document review, the vendor did not maintain a written hard copy record of daily attendance that documents the arrival and departure of each child in care as it occurs. Evidence: The vendor could not locate most recent attendance records at the time of the inspection.

Plan of Correction: Vendor corrected during inspection as child arrived into care.

Description: Based on observation, outlets di d not have protective covers as required. Evidence: Based on observation, there were 4 outlets in the play area, 3 outlets in the family room area without covers.

Plan of Correction: I will cover. I forgot to put back after vacuuming.
