The Licensing Inspector has reviewed with the Licensed Program Manager COVID-19 Essential Guidance for Child Care programs.
- Comments:

This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, necessary due to a state of emergency health pandemic declared by the Governor of Virginia.
A monitoring inspection was initiated and concluded on 03/30/2021. The Licensed Program Manager was contacted by telephone to initiate the inspection. There were no children present since the program site has been closed due to COVID-19. The inspector emailed the Licensed Program Manager a list of items required to complete the inspection. The Inspector was unable to review children records since there are currently no children enrolled. A total of (2) staff records were reviewed to ensure that all background checks were complete and on file.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were cited.
