An unannounced complaint investigation was conducted today in response to a complaint that was received by the Fairfax licensing office on 3/4/21. Reports were reviewed relating to the allegation of the ratio requirement not being met for the Infant classrooms. The preponderance of evidence gathered during the investigation does not support the allegation, so the complaint is determined to be "not vaild".
