A monitoring inspection was initiated and concluded on 5/10/21. The director was contacted by telephone to initiate the inspection. There were 15 children and 5 staff present. The inspector emailed the director a list of items required to complete the inspection. The Inspector reviewed 4 children?s records and 5 staff records submitted by the facility to ensure documentation was complete. A virtual walk through of the facility was conducted to assess the care of children, and the indoor space used by the children. First aid supplies and medications were reviewed.
