A complaint investigation was conducted jointly with another government agency at the facility on 05/11/2021. Interviews were conducted, records reviewed, and observations made in response to a complaint alleging a forbidden action. The preponderance of evidence does not support the allegations and the complaint has been deemed NOT Valid.
