Comments:
This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, necessary due to a state of emergency health pandemic declared by the Governor of Virginia. The Director was contacted via Zoom meeting to conduct the inspection. A total of 14 children with 7 staff on site. Observation of both classrooms, bathrooms and playground area was made. Children's artwork was seen on display such as dioramas with dinosaurs and earth day projects made out of coffee filters. The children were observed either on the playground or in the classrooms. A total of 3 children's records and 2 new staff records were reviewed. All background checks and training are reviewed annually at the administrative office. Thank you for your cooperation with this inspection process. Please email me at: lisa.hudson@dss.virginia.gov with any questions.
