Standard #: 22VAC40-185-340-G Description: Based on observation, it was determined that children under 10 years of age were not always within actual sight and sound supervision of staff.
Evidence:
1. The Licensing Inspector observed two preschool aged children, napping in a back room. The room used for napping was adjacent to a classroom which was about twenty to thirty feet from staff.
