Technical Assistance:
The Licensing Inspector has reviewed with the provider COVID-19 Essential Guidance for Child Care programs. The center's Covid protocols remain unchanged from the last licensing inspection.

Comments:
This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, necessary due to a state of emergency health pandemic declared by the Governor of Virginia. The Director was contacted via Zoom meeting to conduct the inspection. A total of 56 children with 17 staff were on site. Observation of the Infant, Toddlers and Trainers classroom was completed. The outside playground, herb garden and vegetable gardens was observed. The children assisted with the planting of the gardens which involved growing plants from seeds. All staff were observed wearing masks and socially distancing from one another. The classrooms were well maintained. Medication and topical ointments were reviewed. A total of 4 children's files and 4 staff files were reviewed and found complete. Thank you for cooperating with this inspection process. Please email at: lisa.hudson@dss.virginia.gov with any questions.
