Comments:
This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, necessary due to a state of emergency health pandemic declared by the Governor of Virginia.

A announced monitoring inspection was initiated and concluded on 6/21/2021 to view the two new playgrounds. The center provided the measurements, photos and a virtual inspection was conducted with the director and meets the playground requirements. Space calculates to maximum capacity for side #1 Columbia Street playground of 75 children and side #2 Maple Avenue Playground maximum capacity of 81 children.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued. Please contact me if you have any questions at Stacy.Doyle@dss.virginia.gov or 571-835-0386.
