Training regarding the changes to the vendor agreement standards were conducted during this inspection.
- Comments:

An annual health and safety inspection was conducted today. The vendor was present with 3 children in care, totaling 7 points. The children were observed playing and watching a TV show at the beginning of the inspection.. For lunch today the children will have fish, rice, lettuce and tomatoes, the vendor providers food . Lots of interaction between vendor and children, talking and learning. Toys and space are easy for the children to navigate. At the beginning of the inspection the children were out for a walk with the vendor. This inspection was started at 10:00 and ended at 11:15. Standard #: 22VAC40-665-160-B Description: Based on the review of the vendors attendance records, it was determined that the vendor failed to keep an up to date attendance log.
Evidence: The vendor has taken attendance until November 15th, 2018, but has not taken attendance since that date.Plan of Correction: I will make sure I take attendance every day.
Standard #: 22VAC40-665-410-A-1 Description: Based on the review of the emergency preparedness drills and interview with the vendor it was determined that the vendor failed to conduct a drill at least monthly.
Evidence: the vendor did not conduct any drill in September 2019.Plan of Correction: I will make sure I do a drill every month
