The Licensing Inspector has reviewed with the provider COVID-19 Essential Guidance for Child Care programs.
- Comments:

The inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternative remote protocol, including telephone contacts, documents review, interview and a virtual tour of the facility.
A renewal inspection was initiated on 07/19/2021 and concluded on 07/20/2021. The Provider was contacted by telephone to initiate the inspection. There were sixty six children with direct care staff. All rooms were in ratio for supervision. Reviewed a sample of children and staff member?s records, trainings and emergency preparation. Observed children in the infant classroom sleeping, on the playground and in the preschool classroom. A sample of medication authorizations and storage procedures were reviewed. Lunch served today was pizza, mix vegetables, fresh fruit and milk. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance(s) with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the facility.
