- Technical Assistance:
Discussion of the requirements issued by the CDC. It is strongly encouraged that children 2 years of age and older should be wearing masks at all times with the exceptions of snack time, lunch, and nap time. Children under the age of 2 should NOT wear masks. Staff are required to wear masks based on the CDC. Enforcement of these requirements fall under the Department of Health. The center stated that they are in compliance.
This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, including telephone contacts, documents in review, and interview. Due to technical issues, the scheduled virtual tour of the program could not be administered.

There were 30 children present, ranging from 10 months to 4 years in age, with 10 staff supervising within 4 separate classrooms. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration; physical plant; staffing and supervision; programming; medication; special care and emergencies; and nutrition. A total of 5 children records, and 5 staff records were reviewed.
