An inspection to the vendors new apartment was conducted today, the vendor has been licensed but moved and is now permitted by Fairfax county. Today the vendor has 3 children in care , totaling 7 points. The vendor was observed playing with the children, reading books, singing and having lots of conversation.The vendor is part of the food program and cooks for the children in care, she takes them to the playground and for walks but does not transport the children.
