Comments:
This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, including
telephone contacts, documents review, interviews (if applicable) and a virtual tour of the
program (if applicable).

A renewal inspection was initiated on Wednesday, September 15, 2021 and concluded on Friday, September 17, 2021. The licensing manager was contacted by telephone and a virtual inspection was conducted. There were 19 children present with 6 staff supervising. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of 3 child records and 2 staff records were reviewed. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
