At least one operable carbon monoxide detector is now required on site. This new requirement was reviewed with the Director during this inspection. It was determined that there is no carbon monoxide detector currently on site, but that one has been ordered and will be installed immediately once received.
This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, including telephone contacts, documents review, and a virtual tour of the program.
A monitoring inspection was initiated and concluded on 9/20/2021. The Director was contacted by telephone and a virtual inspection was conducted. There were 54 children present, ranging in ages from 19mnonths to 5years, with 11 staff supervising. The Inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies. A total of 4 children's records and 3 staff records were reviewed.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
