Staff files are reviewed on an annual basis by representatives from VDOE, and through Loudoun PRCS? main office located in Leesburg. Any observed standards found to be out of compliance would be cited in a violation notice issued at that time.
A monitoring inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, including telephone contacts, documents review, interviews, and a virtual tour of the program.
This inspection was initiated and concluded on 09/23/2021. The Children's Programs Manager was contacted and a virtual inspection was conducted. There were 32 school-age children present, with 3 staff supervising. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration; physical plant; staffing and supervision; programming; medication; special care and emergencies; and nutrition. A total of 5 children records were reviewed, and staff documentation that is required to be kept on site.
The information gathered during the inspection determined that there was not a violation to an applicable standard, code, and/or law. Therefore, a Violation Notice was not issued.
