This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, including telephone contacts, documents review, interview, and a virtual tour of the program.
A subsidy health and safety (SHSI) inspection was initiated on 9/21/2021 and concluded on 9/27/2021. There were 18 children present with 3 staff supervising. A licensing inspection was also conducted on this date. Both inspections combined cover subsidy health and safety regulations. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards were reviewed during this supplemental inspection.

Standard #: 22VAC40-665-530-4 Description: Based on a review of staff records, 1 out of 3 staff do not have the required certification of cardiopulmonary resuscitation.
Evidence:
1. Staff #1 has a cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) certification on file that expired on 4/2021.Plan of Correction: Staff #1 is currently on a waiting list to receive the required CPR training.
