"Documentation of annual training" when requested for an employee during the inspection means the required 16 hours of annual training documented for the last full 12 month cycle of the staff's employment.

This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, including telephone contacts, documents review, interviews and a virtual tour of the program.
A renewal inspection was initiated on 9/21/2021 and concluded on 9/22/2021. The administrator was contacted by telephone and a virtual inspection was conducted. There were 31 children present, ranging in ages from 4 months to 4 years old with 5 staff supervising. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of 3 child records and 3 staff records were reviewed.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
