Discussion on hazardous substances and other harmful agents, staffing and supervision, parental involvement, cribs, and staff records

Comments:
An announced initial inspection was completed today at the facility approximately 9:00 am to 11:00am.

The Licensing Inspector met with the Site Director, Vice President of Operations and facilities Director of Licensing to complete the inspection. The physical plant, fire and health inspection, policies and procedures, emergency plans and procedures were inspected. There were no children or staff present during the inspection and records were not reviewed. There is currently 1 staff certified in MAT (medication administration training).

No violations were observed during the inspection.
