An unannounced complaint inspection was conducted in response to a complaint that was received by the department on 09/16/2021 regarding allegations in the areas of staff to children ratio requirements and medication. The inspection was initiated on 10/04/2021 and completed on 10/06/2021. On 10/04/2021, the inspector was on site from 8:20 am to 8:55 am. Observations were made in the center. Documentation was reviewed remotely.
The preponderance of the evidence gathered during the investigation does not support the allegation; therefore, the complaint is determined to be not valid. There are no violations resulting from this inspection.
