Technical Assistance:
The Inspector reviewed the new requirement that the center have at least one working carbon monoxide detector in place on site. The Director was able to demonstrate compliance with this requirement.

Comments:
This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, including telephone contacts, documents review, and a virtual tour of the program.

A monitoring inspection was initiated on 10/7/2021 and concluded on 10/8/2021. The Director was contacted by telephone and a virtual inspection was conducted. There were 23 children present, ranging in ages from
2 1/2yearsto 5years, with 4 staff supervising. The Inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies. A total of 3 children's records and 2 staff records were reviewed.

The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
