Standard #: 22VAC40-185-550-D Description: Based on record review, the center has not maintained documentation of a monthly practice evacuation drill.
Evidence: The log of fire drills submitted by the school Director does not contain documentation of a fire drill for the month of January 2020. The Director stated that those drills would have been conducted prior to their employment with the school and they cannot confirm if a drill was practiced.Plan of Correction: I have set up an emergency drill schedule to include one fire drill a month and two shelter in place drills, in spring/summer and one in fall/summer and one lockdown drill.
