This monitoring inspection also covered the following modifications to the existing license: 1. A change in the name to: Douglass Community Center. 2. Change of address (while their previous location is being remodeled and updated) to: 705-H East Market Street, Leesburg, Virginia 20176. All required documentation and paperwork have been submitted.
- Comments:

A monitoring inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, including telephone contacts, documents review, interviews, and a virtual tour of the program.
This inspection was initiated and concluded on 10/26/2021. A center assistant was contacted and a virtual inspection was conducted. There were 17 children present, ranging in preschool-age, with 4 staff supervising, in a total of 2 groups. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration; physical plant; staffing and supervision; programming; medication; special care and emergencies; and nutrition. A total of 5 children records were reviewed. Staff records our reviewed on an annual basis through the PRCS main office on an earlier date.
The information gathered during the inspection determined that there was not a violation to an applicable standard, code, and/or law. Therefore, a Violation Notice was not issued.
