- Technical Assistance:

Discussion of drills conducted; to include a lockdown drill that was performed on 09/02/2021. Discussion of allergies, dietary restrictions, and sensitivities for the those applicable children. Further discussion included the resending of a CPS check that was not originally received by OBI.

A Subsidy Health and Safety Inspection (SHSI) was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, including telephone contacts, documents review, interviews, and a virtual tour of the program.
This inspection was initiated and concluded on 10/29/2021. There were 97 children present with 19 staff supervising, within 8 separate classrooms. A licensing inspection was also conducted on this date. Both inspections combined cover subsidy health and safety regulations. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards were reviewed during this supplemental inspection.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards, code, and/or law. No violations were issued.
