This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, including telephone contacts, interviews and a virtual tour of the program.
A complaint inspection was initiated on 10/19/21 and concluded on 11/5/21. A complaint was received by the department regarding allegations in the areas of behavior guidance, supervision and ratios. 3 staff members were interviewed. A virtual inspection of the physical space was also conducted. The evidence gathered during the investigation did not support the allegations of non-compliance with standards.
