Technical Assistance:
The Inspector reviewed the new requirement for the center to have at least one working carbon monoxide detector in place in the area used for child care. The Inspector was able to confirm full compliance with this requirement.

The Inspector reviewed the requirements for a complete set of background checks for all staff.

Comments:
This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, including telephone contacts, documents review, interviews, and a virtual tour of the program.

A monitoring inspection was initiated and concluded on 12/1/2021. The Director was contacted by telephone and a virtual inspection was conducted. There were 35 children present, ranging in ages from 2years to 6years, with 6 staff supervising. The Inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, special care and emergencies, and nutrition. A total of 2 children's records and 1 new staff record were reviewed.

The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
