Comments:
This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, including telephone contacts, documents review, interviews (if applicable) and a virtual tour of the program (if applicable).

A renewal inspection was initiated and concluded on Monday, December 6, 2021. The director/provider was contacted by telephone and by email regarding inspection. This program's location is currently not opened for an in person inspection. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, programming, special care and emergencies and nutrition. There was no records reviewed based on no active participants or staff present at the facility at this time. However, the inspector reviewed background checks for current board members or agents. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
