370 Daily activities for infants
1) when an infant is placed in his crib to sleep, he shall be placed on his back.
2) when an infant is able to easily turn over from the back to the belly, he shall still be placed on his back but allowed to adopt whatever sleeping position he prefers
420 Parent involvement
1) for each infant, the center shall post a daily record which (accurately) contains:
a) the amount of time the infant slept
b) the amount of food consumed and the time
c) a description and time of bowel movements
d) developmental milestones, and
e) for infants who are awake, and cannot turn over by themselves, the amount of time spent on their stomachs
570 Special feeding needs
Formula or breast milk shall not remain unrefrigerated for more than 2 hours and may not be reheated.

Comments:
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted with the local department of social services to investigate a self report received by The Department related to Daily Activities for Infants, Parent Involvement, and Special Feeding Needs. The inspection was initiated on 12/3/2021 and concluded on 12/10/2021 with an exit interview. Interviews were conducted and documentation was reviewed. The evidence gathered during the inspection did not support noncompliance with any standards or law and no violations were issued.
