This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, including telephone contacts, documents review, interviews and a virtual tour of the program. A monitoring inspection was conducted on 12/13/21. The director/provider or in-charge person was contacted by telephone to initiate the inspection. During the inspection records were reviewed and trainings reviewed regarding supervision and infant care. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
