A complaint investigation was conducted on 10/29/2021. Allegations were reviewed and inspected for any violations. Staff were interviewed, and documentation reviewed. The classroom and other areas were also reviewed.
There were no supporting findings to this allegation. Therefore, there were no violations issued. This complaint is not valid.
