This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, including telephone contacts, documents review, interviews and a virtual tour of the program.
A complaint inspection was initiated on December 8, 2021 and concluded on December 16, 2021. A complaint was received by the department regarding allegations of children being offered snacks at appropriate times. The director was contacted by telephone and a virtual inspection was conducted. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. Both parent and staff interviews were conducted. A total of one child record and one staff record were reviewed. Based on the preponderance of evidence, the complaint is deemed not valid.
