Technical Assistance:
Updated emergency Preparedness plan Additional Annual subsidy 3 hour training due March 1, 2020. No infants in care at time of the inspection ( discussed compliant cribs and appropriate use of equipment as needed).

Comments:
An announced Subsidy Health and Safety Initial inspection was conducted today from 3:00- 445pm. There were 4 children ( 8 points) directly supervised by the provider. The children were observed singing, eating snack, washing hands and playing play dough. The children helped inspect emergency supplies and discussed emergency preparedness planning and drills. Description: Based on record review and interview,The vendor did not maintain a written hard copy record of daily attendance that documents the arrival and departure of each child in care as it occurs. Evidence: There were 4 children in care at the time of the inspection and there was no written documentation of their arrival into care today.

Plan of Correction: I will start doing today. ( sample form was provided).

Description: Based on record reviewed, required child information was incomplete. Evidence: Child A's information was missing parents work address and telephone number. Emergency contact address and telephone number. Child B information was missing parents work address and telephone number. Emergency contact address and telephone number. Child C information was missing parents work address and telephone number. Emergency contact address and telephone number. Child D information was missing parents work address and telephone number. Emergency contact address and telephone number.
