On October 13, 2021, the VDOE shared newly effective Standards for Licensed Child Day Centers. There is a 90-day implementation period for the new requirements, which will end on January 12, 2022.

This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, including telephone contacts and documents review.
A monitoring inspection was initiated on 10/15/201 and concluded on 10/15/2021. The CASA program supervisor was contacted by telephone and a virtual inspection was conducted. There were 36 children present, with 3 staff supervising. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of 2 child records were reviewed.
Staff records review is completed annually at the administrative office through the County of Loudoun, Department of Parks, Recreation, and Community Services.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
