Standard #: 8VAC20-780-350-C Description: Based on observation and staff interview, the facility failed to maintain the required staff to children ratio applicable to the youngest child in the group. Evidence: on 12/21/2021, Staff A was alone with eight children ranging in age from 7 months to 2 years old. Children ages birth through 16 months require 1 staff person for every four children. Staff C stated she had to assist with the video inspection and could not be in the room to maintain ratio. Plan of Correction: Ratios shall be maintained at all times.
