This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, including telephone contacts, and documents review.
An unannounced complaint inspection was conducted in response to a complaint that was received by the department on 12/15/2021 regarding allegations in the area of preventing the spread of disease. The inspection was initiated on 12/22/2021 and completed on 01/06/2022.
The preponderance of the evidence gathered during the investigation does not support the allegation; therefore, the complaint is determined to be not valid. There are no violations resulting from this inspection.
