An unannounced SHSI inspection was conducted today from 4:30pm- 5:20 pm. The vendor was not open during the inspection. Vendor/ household member/ child information was reviewed. Required emergency planning, drills and supplies were also inspected and requirements for attendance record keeping was discussed at length.
