This inspection was conducted by staff using an alternative remote protocol, including phone interview, records review, and a virtual observations. An on-site inspection was not conducted at this time.
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted at 1:05pm. The center supervisor was contacted by phone to initiate the inspection. There were 15 children and 4 direct-care staff present. Ratios and supervision were in compliance at the time of the inspection. Children were doing school work, sewing, painting, and doing puzzles. Information gathered during the inspection determined there were no non-compliances with applicable standards or laws reviewed.
