Comments:
This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, including telephone contacts, documents review, interviews and a virtual tour of the program.

A monitoring inspection was conducted on 1/25/2022 using FaceTime. The director was contacted by telephone and a virtual inspection was conducted. There were 51 children present, ranging in ages from infants to Kindergarten-Prep with 13 direct care staff supervising. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A sample of children records and 2 newly hired staff records were reviewed as well as an emergency medication on-site. Lunch served today was ground turkey meatloaf, mix veggies, bread and milk. Infant bottles were labeled with the child's name and date. Reviewed compliance in allergy awareness, orientation training, and continuity of care.

Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.
