This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, including telephone contacts, documents review, interviews, and a tour of the program.
A monitoring inspection was initiated on 1/24/2022 and concluded on 2/2/2022. The director was contacted by email to initiate the inspection. There were 61 children present and 8 staff. The Inspector reviewed 4 children?s records and 4 staff records, along with any requested program records submitted by the facility to determine if required documentation was complete.
Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance(s) with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

Standard #: 8VAC20-780-260-B Description: Based on record review and interview it was determined the center did not have annual approval from the health department.
Evidence:
1. The health department inspection available was dated 10/10/2020.
2. Staff confirmed there was not an updated health inspection available during inspection.Plan of Correction: Center will request an updated health department inspection.
