Technical Assistance:
New CDC standards, effective 10/13/2021, discussed.

All child day programs operating in a building built before 2015 are now required to be equipped with at least one carbon monoxide detector. Written information has been provided regarding this new requirement effective 09/01/2021.

Comments:
This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, including telephone contacts, documents review, interviews and a virtual tour of the program.

A monitoring inspection was initiated on 01/25/2022 and concluded on 02/03/2022. The director was contacted by telephone and a virtual inspection was conducted. There were 25 children present, ranging in ages from 21 months - 5 years, with 5 staff supervising. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of 3 children's records and 2 staff records were reviewed.

The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
