Documentation of Date of hire for transfers, Orientation document (model form) sent to the Director, expired medication on site, new regulations as of 1/13/2022 - lockdown drill documentation, DOJ Se Offender registry search, age appropriate expectations for children and their activities.

An in-person investigation was conducted today in response to an allegation received in our office. Based on multiple interviews and review of documentation, the preponderance of evidence does not support the allegation. The Complaint is not valid.
Violations cited were found during the course of the investigation, but not part of the original complaint. The inspection was typed off site and emailed to the facility for signature.
