Expired tags were observed on two of the three center buses parked in front of the facility. Staff explained the buses were no longer being used by the center.
- Comments:

A renewal inspection was conducted on February 8, 2022 following all COVID protocol. There were 42 children present, ranging in ages from 2 months to 4 years with 10 staff supervising. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of 3 child records and 3 staff records were reviewed.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
