Technical Assistance:
Discussion that the Child Day Center has two carbon monoxide detectors installed on-site.

Discussion of the new regulations that went into effect on 10/13/2021.

Comments:
This inspection was initiated and concluded on 02/17/2022, between the hours of 11 am through 1:30 pm. The Director was contacted and an on-site inspection was conducted. In addition, a virtual component of specific documentation was obtained prior to the on-site inspection. There were 61 preschool children present, with 10 teachers supervising, in 8 separate classrooms. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration; physical plant; staffing and supervision; programming; medication; special care and emergencies; and nutrition. A total of 5 children records, 4 board officer records, and 6 staff records were reviewed.

The information gathered during the inspection determined that there was not a violation to an applicable standard, code, and/or law. Therefore, a Violation Notice was not issued.
