This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using and alternate remote protocol, including telephone contacts, documents review, interviews and a virtual tour of the program.

A 60-day inspection was initiated on January 28, 2022 and concluded on February 16, 2022. The provider was contacted by telephone and a virtual inspection was conducted. There were 44 children present directly supervised by 13 staff.

Limited monitoring of child care requirements occurred during today?s visit. Licensing inspector monitored supervision of children, physical plant, staff/child ratios, adequate and approved space, programming, and nutrition. The children were observed eating snack, resting, tummy-time, and circle time

The inspector reviewed on four child?s records and four staff records.

Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

Description: Evidence:
1. In observation of the infant classroom, Child #1 was seated in a bumbo baby seat. The manufacture straps for the seat was not use to secure the child while sitting.
