Comments:
A Renewal inspection was initiated today. This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, including telephone contacts. A documents review was conducted, however the program remains closed until fall 2022. A virtual tour of the program was not completed .The director was contacted by Zoom and a virtual inspection was conducted. There were a total of no children and no staff present. Due to the program being currently closed, the provider was unable to demonstrate compliance with most standards and law. Feel free to contact me if you need any assistance at: lisa.hudson@doe.virginia.gov.
